Ivan GOLUB, director РUP «Flax Institute», member-correspondent NAS of Belarus, the doctor of agricultural sciences, the professor, the honored worker of agriculture of Belarus.

In projects of the Concept and the Program of development of agrarian and industrial complex on the following five-years period which are widely discussed now and scientists – analysts, it is told first of all about creation of through self-sufficient kooperativno-integration associations by a grocery (commodity) principle, among them and льнотоварного. Really, time when and in льноводство it is necessary to build in the mechanism of through interest both in productivity growth, and as finished articles with the high added cost has come. It would be the new system of the organization of the linen branch, liquidating interdepartmental barriers and providing continuation of a technological chain from raw materials before reception of wide assortment of ready high-quality consumer goods of world level.

Present cultivation of flax is characterized by the transition period to intensive technology that provides demanded economic, продукционные and quality indicators that will deduce this culture from a condition of a financial inconsistency. Considering processes of its cultivation from the point of view of separate elements of technology, it is necessary to notice that manufacture is sufficiently provided by scientific, innovative workings out. The researches comprehensively covering culture of flax as biological object, are spent nowadays in 18 research establishments of republic. In RUP «Flax Institute» is carried out concentration, generalization and coordination of research works of others SRI National academy of Sciences of Belarus, connected with flax studying, by their attraction as coauthors of programs and projects.
